HD Porn Sites

The sites below all offer their most recent video content (in a few cases "recent" means all the way back to late 2005, individual details are specified on the review pages) in usually 720p HD (1280x720) at bitrates around 3000-5000 kbit - which is to say well short of proper Blu-ray (as high as 40,000 kbit) or broadcast HD bitrates, which is just not feasible in terms of bandwidth at this time and likely for a few years or more to come, but enough to make the videos look fantastic on a large computer monitor and pretty damn good even on this reviewer's 40" 1080p HDTV.
An increasing but still pretty limited number of sites are also pushing it a bit further with 1080p HD (1920x1080) at 8000 kbit.

If you're interested in high def video I imagine there's a good chance you already know how to view downloaded video on your TV rather than a PC monitor, but just in case, here are a few options. I currently use the first one myself.

1. Playstation 3 (either save the videos to an USB memory stick or an external harddisk and plug it into your PS3, or go for the advanced option and set up a media server on your PC and stream the content. Sorry, a guide for that is a bit beyond the scope of this page. Be aware that a wireless network may not always be able to handle smooth playback of particularly 1080p HD porn).
2. XBox 360 (it doesn't support 3rd party harddisks and I'm not sure if a memory stick will work. Streaming from a media server is still an option though).
3. Media Center Extender or similar (another device connected to your TV that can stream video from a media server running on your PC, or as a separate hardware device).
4. Just plug your PC directly into your HDTV. Some TVs will have a DVI connection port, others will likely require you to get a HDMI to DVI converter or similar to attach to your cable.
